FAQs

Is there a minimum hire period?

Just one month. All we ask is you pay for your unit in advance every month.

What happens if I want to move out earlier than anticipated?

No problem. Rental is on a monthly basis. One month in advance only.

How many keys do I get?

You are given 2 keys for the container and 1 fob for the gates. All keys and the lock must be returned at the end of the hire

Do the containers suffer from condensation?

No. As our containers are modern we have very few problems unlike those associated with older flat roof containers. It should be remembered however, that containers are unheated and condensation occurs when temperatures fall and there is already moisture in the unit. This can be avoided by storing your dry items in the unit on a dry day.

Will my goods be insured?

We find that most clients prefer to pay a competitive price for quality storage and then make their own insurance arrangements if required.

When can we have access to our container?

24 access is available.
